Friends, fun and sun!

What a great summer, I love the heat and time off to enjoy the kids and our great friends!

Julia and Michelle met at preschool, they are sweet new friends!

Ben got a push bike and now he just cruises on it!

The Brenan's came to Sylvan for a fun filled day with lots of pool time!

Kim and Kara came up one day too! We never get to spend enough time with them! (Ben was napping when the rest of the kids got popsicles).

The above picture was taken the night of our 6th anniversary! We did go mini golfing and out for a fabulous dinner but were home pretty early! Totally party animals!

We went to Keith Urban in July and Wicked with the Mikkelsens in August. The concert was an amazing show and Wicked was just as good as when we saw it on our honeymoon in New York City!

Canada Day!

The Muir side of the family went to Sylvan for Canada Day. The town always puts on a great event for the kids at the beach!

First beach day of the summer. The rest of the crew went back to the trailer while Julia and I played in the water and sand. She fell in love with the water this summer! (Ben fell in love with sand!)

We have yet to get a good photo of the 4 of them looking at the camera. Love this picture though!

June…summer fun begins!

Found a little carnival at Crossiron when Demara and Avrie came to visit! The girls had a blast!

Iron Horse Railroad Park in Airdrie is awesome! Papa and Daddy took the kids while Graggy and Mommy went shopping!

Julia's last day of preschool was held at the zoo. She made some lovely little friends and learned so much! She loves school and learning!

We went out to the Eatons amazing acreage at the end of June! The kids had a great time playing with the crew and watching the silly ducks in the wading pool!

I can't believe this beauty is one! Sarra's last baby is a toddler now!

They love their Daddy and when he's at work they know he's catching bad guys. Julia and now Ben both said just that from a pretty young age.

Pat met us at the zoo one day and then surprised us one morning after chasing a bad guy into Airdrie. (Turns out it wasn't a bad guy just an unfortunate one who's licence plate had been switched!!!)

Mother's Day

Between preschool and dayhome I was spoiled with precious little gifts the kids made for Mother's Day! I was also lucky to actually spend it with my wonderful mom, which definitely doesn't happen every year!

This is just something I found and it cracked me up!
