We have had an incredibly busy couple of months and I feel like we have barely been home. The kids are growing so fast and seem to get smarter by the minute. Julia said "whatever" to me the other day, so I guess she's getting sassier too! Ben has started to talk to, he is constantly saying Uh-oh and I think he says Hi and sort of says Ball...he chases balls around the house all day and has figured out how to get them out from under the couch! They are precious little beans, even when they drive me bonkers! Below are a mishmash of pictures from the last couple of months. More to come soon from Ben's baptism and the Stampede!
These feathered friends have been hanging out in the field behind our house recently. They are so impressive to watch as they stalk some poor doomed creature. I am going to miss the view when the field gets developed, we can see the mountains and the sunsets are beautiful. However, we will appreciate the wind barrier new houses will give us, as Airdrie gets ridiculous wind gusts that cause our house to shake and makes the toilet water move! Anywhoooo...here are the kids.

This baby pool has provided hours of entertainment for both of them and I haven't put water in it yet! They are starting to play together and they end up laughing so hard...until Ben touches something of Julia's and she yells at him!
We have the greatest little neighbours! There is always someone to play with. I love the Scooter Gang, Shamus, Julia and Nabeel, and their tough look! Piper, Keira, Riley and Avery all wanted to push Julia and Ben in the stroller. And Avery wanted to give Julia a tattoo, I thought she meant stick-on but she drew on her instead.

This little lady cracks me up! I came upstairs and she had taken off her leggings, pulled her socks up and put on her water shoes...just cause!
She had a rough 24 hours, first she got a bug bite that gave her a goose egg on her forehead, then later that night she fell out of bed and caught her eye on the night stand. It was the same night the Suckie Fairy came and took her suckie (pacifier) away to give it to babies that don't have any. We gave her lots of warning that the Suckie Fairy was coming and she was concerned her blankie would be taken too (it wasn't!) The Suckie Fairy left her a new Disney Princess scooter, a puzzle and Sleeping Beauty Lego! It wasn't easy getting over loss of the suckie but she's a trooper and her awesome sleeping habits are now back!
William, Henrik and Ben...I'm pretty sure these boys will never have a still picture together with them all happy! But man are they cute and seem to learn from one another. Both boys were crawling and the next day Ben crawled for the first time.

Sleepy Kids!
We had a really busy day with lots of fresh air so Julia didn't get a nap and by dinner time was so grumpy and wouldn't eat dinner. At the table she often pouts by closing her eyes and turning her head away, well her eyes didn't open again. So I woke her up and told her to go lay on the couch. She walked over to it and tried to get on it but this is as far as she got! Sleeping standing up!!! Her legs kept giving out but she stayed standing and continued to sleep when I picked her up!
