Christmas Lasts at Least a Month!

We went to Christmas in the Rockies at the beginning of December in Banff. It was sooooo cold but it was a fabulous weekend with just the 4 of us!
Watching the Santa Clause Parade from the warmth of the restaurant.
Playing in the snow, Ben now loves getting his suit on and being outside! Not so much at first though!
Ginger Bread village!
Opening gifts at the CPS Kids Christmas Party
Julia wrote a letter to Santa and wanted to give it to him, not mail it.
First Annual Italian Christmas with the Mikkelsen's
(we ate Italian food, as we usually do together!)
They made themselves a little seat with the pool/ball pit
We do Christmas in Airdrie before heading to Edmonton, Santa even comes early for the kids so they can open their gifts before we leave. We had a great morning, went swimming and then went to the Airdrie Festival of Lights. It was a fabulous family day!
This is our Elf on a Shelf friend Crackle. Julia was so excited to find him every morning.
Above he made a snow angel in flour and below he coloured Julia's nose red to make her look like Rudolph while she was sleeping.
He's a rascal, that Crackle!
Saying good-bye to Crackle on his last night before he went back to Santa's workshop until next year.
Christmas Eve at Grandma & Grandpa's
Great Grandma Anne with most of grand and great grand kids!
Julia adores her cousins!
Oh I don't have words for these 2!
Julia telling us her version of the Christmas Story…apparently Jesus was born by a creature?!?!
Christmas Morning at Graggy & Papa's
Sydney & her American Girl doll, Penelope.
We all couldn't get over her love for this doll or how many outfits she has!
Ben checking out Julia's new kitty
Sledding with Sydney & Owen
Sydney's toque kept falling over her face when coming down the hill.
Playing with their Christmas toys.
Movie nights with cousins. She eventually fell asleep on Cole shortly after this picture was taken.
